It is moderated...to the point of...limits on vulgarity (outside of the Everything Forum), limits on cussing, and no personal attacks. Other than that, just good conduct is appreciated...and if threads get too...angry, we try to just get people to calm down without locks. Nothing is 'inappropriate' though, as we have the everything forum.
