Okay, this is just a FAR-FETCHED idea of what I'd like for a job. Maybe I'm smoking something, but here goes.

I want a job where there is a gym that I can go to. If I'm already at my job, I want to be able to do a little bit of excersize too, it just simplifies things...

I want a job where I am actually a human, not a freaking number.

I want a job where if I have a kid and for some odd reason, the weather closes the schools and my kid has no where else to go, I won't get penalized for being home with my kid. (I don't have a kid, but I do have friends at work who have kids and they get in trouble when there is a school closing)

I want a job where I can get free diet pepsi any time I want (LOL, wishful thinking here)

I want a job that will encourage me to continue my schooling.

I want a job that doesn't force me to freaking sell EVERY SINGLE TIME I FREAKING ANSWER A PHONECALL, DARNIT!!!

What is your idea of a perfect job

Perfect job:

Excellent co workers & supervisors

Good pay & benefits (not asking to be rich, just comfortable)

A positive work enviroment

The work is challenging, but not overwhelming

No weekend work. I am so sick of working weekends. I want time with my kids & time for myself.

Got everything on your list except the gym .... no gym in the building but the employees get a hell of a deal at one down the street ... and school is encouraged and 100% paid for.

1) Job Security is very important to me. I need to know that I will have a job tomorrow.
2) Has to be interesting, which for me would mean I can write and research stuff.
3) Must pay a livable wage. I don't mean a six figure income (though it would be nice) but I do need to eat. Health insurance would also be good.
4) No anoying bosses. No angry clients.
5) Some travel would be cool.
6) Flexable hours.
