I didn't use the computer or a phone at all for four months last year. After a while you start to get cravings.

Reading lots of books helps, as does going out.

Already blew it. We've been so slow at work lately, I lurked around yesterday for a bit. I'll cut myself some slack and say that it doesn't count if you have nothing to do.

Note: I'm not at work right now. I called out sick today. Bad me.
