View Full Version : Sexuality
Guitarophile 09-18-2001, 08:32 PM Did you always just *know* you were straight, gay, goat-****er, etc.? Did you experiment with the alternatives? Did you take pictures? http://discussanything.com/Ubb/wink.gif j/k, of course. (Send those over to The Everything Forum.)

Liu01GT 09-19-2001, 07:05 PM didn't really start exploring the sexuality thing until a few months ago.
maybe it was because i have two really close lesbian friends.
maybe cuz i'm starting to get fed up with men in general. http://discussanything.com/Ubb/biggrin.gif
nowadays, i'm thinking, i can hook up with one or the other. it really doesn't matter what sex they are. the mind is what attracts me the most.

ChaoticThoughts 09-19-2001, 10:27 PM Usually straight women can play around with bisexualty, guys are whatever they are.
Guitarophile 09-20-2001, 05:06 AM If you say so, chief.

Aphasia 09-20-2001, 07:19 PM If I'd been bisexual back in high school, I would've had the crap beaten out of me on a regular basis, like the other bisexual girls... I didn't even think of it as an option at the time, because that's just not how things work in BFE, Pennsylvania. Pretty much as soon as I got to college, though, I realized that, while I tended to be more comfortable in relationships with guys (most likely because that's what I'm used to), I usually find chicks to be more attractive. The environment allowed that sort of thinking, and I figured out that I'm bi. It's not a person's biological sex that I'm attracted to, but the person themself, and what they've got between their legs isn't half as important as what they've got between their ears.

Rayney 09-20-2001, 09:52 PM Ditto Aphasia. Though Im yet to *seriously* go down that road....have to admit....women are DAMN sexy! But men are easier to get along with hehehe.

I don't think there's ever been any question for me as to being straight or not.

Scott 09-22-2001, 06:28 PM my question is
is there any guys in the whole site who is willing to (man enough) to admit that they have sometimes questioned if they were gay or straight.
i mean, not wanted to experiment, or even be puzzled...but just threw the idea around in their mind...
i bet there isn't many..if not..no one.

Guitarophile 09-22-2001, 09:29 PM I got yer back, yo. I'm very mildly bi-curious, which is to say that I've always been attracted to women, but am curious about the gay lifestyle and what exactly it is that makes men attractive to other men. The sight of a nude man doesn't do the same thing for me that a nude woman does, but I've never had a reaction I'm told I should have, i.e. instant erection. What turns me on is never so much physical as it is mental or emotional, a sort of feminine quality, I guess. That sorta thing has caused me to question my sexuality in the past. Eventually I just decided that I'd go where the desire takes me, and if that makes me bisexual, so be it.

scott, what od you mean man enough to admit that? It seems like it is now just assumed that everyone has homosexual thoughts or curiosities? Lots of people do and there is NOTHING wrong with it. It is great if that is what amkes you happy, but that doesn't mean that we all have 'questioned' ourselves.
I am not attracted to me, I don't see myself able to have deep emotional relationship with another guy, so im damn sure I'm striaght and I've never even thought...'what if?'

ChaoticThoughts 09-27-2001, 01:42 AM lol, ya "man enough" to say he had gay thoughts. Thats like saying "show your sensitive side, and beat up your girlfriend."
little_darkling 09-27-2001, 12:44 PM hahaha!
well, i've questioned my sexuality a number of times, mostly because i'm just curious. but i totally agree with aphasia on this one, it's not their sex that matters. if it's a girl who ends up being everyhting i wnated, then i'll go for it, there's no catch.... i don't want kids, so there's not a problem there. there was a time when i liked a girl-friend of mine, but i never told her that because she'd feel awkward around me. it took me a while to realize she was WAY out of my league (i KNEW she was NOT interested). but all in all, i'd say i'm straight but curious.... i guess.... *scratches her head*

D Durden 10-01-2001, 03:18 PM Three million dollars buys lots of mouthwash. Besides, I'm not gay . . . I'm helping out the economy. If somebody gave me 3 mill for a hummer, he'd have to have another mill just to get me to stop. Money IS money! LMAO!
Seriously though, the first complete sentence out of my mouth (according to my mother, father, and several other family members) was "David likes pretty girls." It's pretty much been downhill ever since.
The ONLY gay fantasy or desire I have stems from a dream I had when I was 13 in which I was a lesbian . . . that's about as close to gay as I get.

ChaoticThoughts 10-03-2001, 12:28 AM Oh man, I just remembered so much stuff about how people might do gay stuff for money. This one guy on the radio said he would take it in the ass for a million.
Then, if you watch southpark: kenny, tom green, and andy dick were trying to proove which one was the biggist whore. kenny gave howard stern a bj for 10 bucks.
AdamJ 10-03-2001, 01:07 AM Sure Ive thought about what it would be like to be gay. But I usualy get a sickly feeling in my stomach, almost an involuntary reaction. If two guys are engaged in an act, althought I don't care to watch it at all, I dont get that sick feeling, but if I put myself in a theoretical gay situtation Im usually pretty repulsed.
Im not repulsed by other men in general, just the sexual side of it. Seeing a big tough guy like Schwarzenegger rasies the same feeling in me as seeing a Twin-Turbo Mustang, COOL.
Now, I must admit, I don't have any problem whatsoever seeing two chicks together. But If I theoetically was a woman, and was gonna get together with another woman, I usually feel the same sickly way as I do about man to man.
So in a nutshell, if other people want to goto town thats all fine and dandy. But Im only interested in the opposite sex.
