I started smoking again. :(

The last few days have been very stressful, and very anger filled. Plus it didn't help that my brother and sister-in-law started smoking again as well.

But it's my fault...I'm just a weak person. :(

What i don't understand is..

you know it's wrong...and yet..you do it anyway...



i don't get smokers

Smokers don't understand either Scott. The whole time I smoked, I knew it was killing me, making me stink and costing me a fortune. They say the addiction is equal to that of crack or cocaine.

I quit for a long time..then I started again...I was under a lot of stress too...

Yeah I'm not going to buy anymore after this pack. We'll have to stick together :)

Why even smoke that pack? I stopped midway through a pack. Snapped them all in half, crushed the filters and threw them out.

I did that too, I wanted to quit on a certain day, so at midnight, I wet what was left in the pack and tossed them in the trash. :p

I did that once before I quit. Scared my best friend too. I just kirked out and said **** cigarettes and broke them all. I think I might have smoked one cigarette out of that whole pack.

Mind over matter!

I have never smoked, so I can't preach, but I know quite a few successful quitters.

They just made up their mind, and went with it.
