View Full Version : What are some big cities you never really hear about? stained_shirt 09-10-2003, 08:37 PM Here is one; Columbus, Ohio. Population: 686,131 Criminal 09-10-2003, 08:47 PM I heard its actually bigger than Cincinatti. I did find Cincinatti to be a very interesting place all the same. I found Oklahoma City to be an interesting place. I also really liked Indianapolis. Mostly though I find that placed you don't hear about are usually not known for a good reason. I can say, for instance that Springfield IL is not that exciting a place. Visit Lincolnds Tomb and the State capital and youve seen it all. Fresno California was not that interesting ether. Orlando was painfully boring unless you want to see Disney World. WikkidWays 09-10-2003, 08:50 PM Originally posted by stained_shirt Here is one; Columbus, Ohio. Oki, did you say you were from Utricht? About all I know about that place is that it was where the Treaty of Utricht was signed which ended the Thirty Year War. Is it an interesting place? Is it an interesting place? wow I cant believe you actually know that.Im mpressed!(its Utrecht btw,or Utreg in local talk.) yea its worth a visit, with cool canals, different from the Amsterdam ones, the highest church tower in holland, seperated from the church itself after a tornado in the 15th century(so its actually a middleage skyscraper) and the pope and napolion used to have houses here too. and we allso have coffyshops, for the less cultural challenged. loudin1 09-12-2003, 04:59 PM anything in wyoming or wisconsin...
