One thing I almost did at the beach was getting my nipples pierced. I was about to sign the papers, and I changed my mind.

I'm such a wuss. :|

I moved my piercing train of thought to my ears. I've been wanting to stretch my cartiledge for awhile now. After consulting with a piercer my dreams of that went up in smoke. The biggest gauge I could hope for would be 14's. Which are nothing. The reason for that is because cartiledge doesn't stretch. So trying to make it stretch could result in cracking. Which they said, really really hurts. I was pierced with normal 18's so I bought 16's cause I would like to get it a little bit bigger.

The 16's on the first hole went in fine. The second hole hurt like a bitch, but I rammed it in. I was pretty proud of myself :D Of course then the burning started and that lasted all night. But it was worth it. I now have cute loops in ear. :)

I can't wear anything in my lobes :(

I'm actually starting to regret not getting them done. I also thought about my tongue done.

My best friend made a little faux pas in the piercing place. When I asked one of the guys who worked there how much it was she turns to me and says "You are not getting your tongue pierced, because you'll cry and then we'll have to go home, and then I'll hear about it till we go to bed tonight" :D

Not sure exactly, but I’ve gotten them pierced about 5 or 6 times, and each time they got so infected, and got so swollen I had to go to the doctor to have them taken out. So I don’t get them pierced anymore.

Hmmm, did you get them pierced with a piercing gun or with jewelry that wasn't stainless steal? If so, that could be it.

If you got them pierced with a hollow needle and stainless steal and they still did that.... I guess your SOL

Tried the gun, stainless steal, gold, and didn't work. :(

Nooooo! don't use a gun! piercing guns increase the chance of infection by a TON. You gotta have it done with a hollow needle.

I've tried that as well. That's how I got my second hole in my cartiledge done. A friend did it for me. After I saw that it didn't get infection I tried my earlobe. Two weeks later, it was out and I had to keep bandages on my ears for another two weeks.

Hey, count yourself lucky, honey. My friend Ida is missing parts of her earlobe b/c she had such an extreme reaction to the gold earrings that the lobes had to come off entirely.

So.
That doesn't mean I like my girls to have chunks of metal attached to there nipples.

Yeah I know it's a double standard.
I love the look of pure and innocent, even if they arn't.

Sue me.

So thats what happened to Ida's ears....

The tounge isn't so painfull, its a little worse then getting a shot, I had it done, the only thing I can say is make sure you get it placed propurly, or you'll end up like me, It was getting to the point where I couldn't pronounce the letter "s"....grr, so I took it out, and have missed it ever since, prolly going to get it redone soon. along with a lot of other stuff. :D...I say get the nipps and the tounge done. They's sexay!
