I’ve done the work force thing and it was great being away from the “mommy duty” and running the house. It gave me real sense of independence and it made me a stronger woman. It’s was also difficult on the kids, so I’m back taking care of my boys. If I had to go back to work though, I would.
For right now though, I prefer being a homemaker.

vivid memory is the day my grand pap took me for a hike up on the hill above his property. We took a picnic and everything and just laid in the grass watching the clouds talking about life. I was six or seven and I will never forget that day. I miss him.
