Is GT3 out for the PC? I know it is out for the PS2 and it is coming out in Jan for the Xbox

I beleive GTA3 comes out for the pc sometime in the spring. But I am going to keep though codes in mind for when my roomie buys GTA3 over the winter break. I really, really want to use the tank =). Thanks Other Jack.
