E-mail 1:
Zachary:
Greetings. I am the stage manager for New Works 2, "The Planet on 158th Street." As Celeste might have informed you, we will not be needing you to work crew on our show. The nights you are assigned to us you may have off. You drew the proverbial lucky straw. You may still have to work crew for New Works 1, "The Tale of Lem and Veronique" and the stage manager of that show will be in contact with you about that. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Thanks,
********
E-mail 2:
Daniel, Johanna, Camilla, and Zachary,
You are the very lucky four to be helping out with The Tale of Veronique and Lem.
We begin crew Monday at 6:30pm in the Wells. We are having a run through tomorrow at 10:30-2pm in the Wells, so if you have some strange desire to stop by to see what's going on, you can do that, but are by no means required to.
For Monday:
We will fill you in on your assignments when you arrive for Tech. Please come in all black (typical run crew stuff). But I would like to ask Johanna and Daniel to bring something a little nicer. Johanna, if you have a black dress (nothing too formal). Daniel if you have anything like a long sleeve black shirt and "nice" pants (not jeans). You two will be making short appearances (very short) as "Escorts." I'll explain more Monday :)
See you then!
Please feel free to email with questions. Or call (412) 818-9224.

Welcome to the New Works Festival! We are on the verge of your time with us as crew members of New Works 1 (The Tale of Veronique and Lem) and New Works 2 (The Planet on 158th Street), and we are so happy to have you.
You begin crew with us on Monday Feb 3rd at 6:30 pm in the Wells. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me and I will be happy to assist. You may receive an email from one of our stage managers as well. We look forward to seeing you Monday, if not before.
Thanks!

Actually, another person from the crew was switched out just today, so we WILL indeed need Zach for both NW 1 & 2. Sorry for the confusion, Kevin. It was a last minute change. Zach, please report to all of your crew times for this coming week as originally planned.
