wtf? why do I always get that email with "Bill Gates says you will get 3 bux for every fwd"

man, I really hate those! It is even worse when it is family that does it. They don't know better, but you really can't say anything to them as to piss them off.

I have found that www.snopes.com has a good listing of all those false emails and I usually send a link to the emailer.

I just hate trash mail..Like.. You have won a zillion dollars..or increase your sexual activity..AHHH! I have a folder that catches them sometimes...and it gets to like over 300 WTF!

I HATE them too, but I never sign up for anything, or use cookies on my browser. I get about zilch, an my wife literally almost gets 100 a day just because she doesn't do what I do.

FWD emails are the worst kind of virus. Instead of having to infect your computer so it can send to everone in your address book, it just abuses the users stupidity and ignorance to accomplish the same.

Have to agree there Tam... We almost got sidetracked into junk email in general, but that's easier to deal with often times:)
