What is your favorite armored vehichle?
Please, no Tanks. This means only Tracked Assualt/AT Guns, Armored Cars and Halftracks.
My Favorite:
The Sturmgeschütz (Assualt Gun - StuG)

Well, let's see. I was an operator on one of these while I was in the Army. The M9 ACE (Armored Combat Earthmover):

I was a loader one the CEV (Combat Engineer Vehicle):

I was a commander on one of these: The AVLB (Armored Vehicle Launched Bridge).
The bridge was folded in half and transported on top of the vehicle:

And then hydraulically deployed to breech obstacles:

We referred to all three vehicles as "steel coffins." :D

Not what I had in mind.
But I did say "amored vehicle" and nothing about only military.
If it has armor, then it is ok. But where's the armor? ;)

I played with these as a Private, all the way up to Specialist....LOL MUCH fun. Then I got tired of being in a tin can/Tank magnet (even though they kill anything the Soviets made) and went S.F.

M88a1 Recovery Vehicle
Sure was fun trying to tow 60-ton M1s with my 56-ton '88, especially in the snow at Grafenwoehr / Hohenfels. (Rigger, Driver, TC) Threw a few tracks at NTC, too.

M113 APC was the most fun, though. Loved the way that little bugger would scoot around.
