So I was very unimpressed by the x-box's specs and weak game prospects, but tonight my friend brought over a demo xbox that she is doing promotions for. Bottom line = sick. It is insane. The graffix are unbelievable. In the NFL game they have depth of field. In the nascar game they have lens flare and realistic steering (with drafting) Halo is riduclously violent and intense. Basically this is the best game system i have ever played. Anyone else got a chance to try it out yet?

Not hands on, but from what I have seen, it kicks butt.

played it at compusa the other day. seemed like any other one. had great sound.

keep in mind, I didn't know what I was doing and only played it for a minute or 2

Well, after a night of drunken XBOX playing I cna say it is a FUN system. Way intense. The controllers are awesome, the look of the gmaes is unreal. Two large thumbs.

so i finally got halo a couple of days ago after some idiot returned the game (probably some pussy who couldn't handle the action). anyways, i haven't stoppped playing it dince i got it. it's kinda like bond on n64 with its first person story mode. one of the best parts is the fact that there are 4 vehicles which are available in different parts of the games. totally badass. the graphics are tight, minimal to no load time, and although the controls really suck at first, they are actually very creative in design and become pretty easy to wield. on the whole, the game lived up to its hype. definately a must have, espcially because the multiplayer is supposed to be awesome.

still waiting to find nfl 2k2, though
