so..i've been pretty shitty lately...i've had a headache for like a week straight...

a throbbing sensation on one side of my head...diffrent from the normal headaches i get.


so..i go to the doctor and they rule out a tumor....that's a plus...


but he still wants me to get a MRI....yipes...


i'm not worried...but not really "looking forward" to the MRI...


anyone had one done before?

they said that the one i am going to on friday is relatively "open"..it is a bit better for people who get clostrophobic....which isn't dibilitating for me..but i don't like to be in that tight of a place....

Thanks to the Navy's use of steroids on me, I've had about seven. Down inside that damned tube sounds like a jackhammer in a tunnel. Before you go, call someone ate the facility doing the MRI and ask if you can listen to music (may not let you since the MRI is being done on your head). If so, take a CD or 2 with you. You'll get to wear plastic headphones to down out that drone from the MRI machine...

Going to the neurologist tommorow...I am sure I will have to have one as well.. :-\

i had the MRI...no sweat...but it'll be a while for the results...


but my doctor just called me, and said i have a slightly elevated enzime in my liver....from my blood work a few days ago

so he wants to do some follow up tests...and an ultrasound of my liver....



the fun never stops! :(

ok....after the follow up bloodwork...

and the ultra sound....they are pretty sure i have Gall Stones...

STRANGE...because it's not common for a 20 year old teen in great shape to get....


it's not a big deal though..though i might need my gall blatter taken out (which i am told it dosen't do anything), which is outpacient surgery, it's still odd...

and well..as for my headaches...they are fine now...it was prob just a migrane...:rolleyes:
