I don't know a thing about electrical crap.

I have a trailer, replaced a couple of bulbs. The right brake light comes on, the left is getting some juice but not enough that makes it look like its on. When I hit the brakes, they go off. What's up with that and how can I fix it?

And think quickly, I'll be hitting the road in about a week and I have other junk to do.

Test each circuit... there's a short.

did you find it? was it a bad ground on one end of the circuit?
