View Full Version : Finally my brother colin moves out
well not out of the house but he is now residing downstairs in the former sewing room of my mother (she now woirks). so that leaves me with a room to myself. finally i can bring home women without the possibility of making him feel ealous (now all i have to do is find some :D),
that leaves me in the big room upstairs and my eldest brother in the smaller room upstairs (it was agreed on that mne and colin got biggest room as we're sharing the room and he got the room you can hardly btreath in)
RedLine99 11-30-2002, 06:20 PM eldest brother wil surely do a space analysis. don't get to comfy:D
i think pro's for him will outnumbered the cons :D
pro's:
bigger room
cons:
1: lock to the door doesn't work so he couldn't stop people from walking on wihtout his permission. I on the otherhand have no problem with this. if people want to get a glimpse of me, that is their own problem and it#'s not my job to talk people out of doing stupid things :D jk
2: moving the stuff from one room to the other would take alot of time
well yesterday (sunday) i had lots of free time on my hand as i don't have exams 'til after christmas and as my brother colin left the room in a mess with things thrown all the over the place, i decided to tidy it and reorganise everything as a table was put in the middel of the room and stools where lying around the place and the spare mattress. now i think i trebled my floor area as the mattresss was pushed under my bed, table pushed into the corner of the room and stools pushed under the table,.
also with the extra spacve, i've been able to put my stereo on the ground so that creates extra space to put my thing in my press and on my bedside locker (stereo covered the total of the top of the bedside locker)
the room rocks now :D

How do you get a # in between a t and a ' ?? It's not even close to any of the others, and it requires use of a SHIFT key! Or do you irish folk have different keyboards??
good about the room though :)

on the keyboard i'm using now, the ' is right beside the # and there is actually no use of the shift key needed

Congrats on your new privacy!
it is now official
my brother colin is moving out of the family home
sadly he's taking his DvD player and the only other DvD player is on the computer which is (the computer) nearly always in use by someone
well their is always something bad that happens when something good hap[pens
it's god's way of evening out the earth
and Tam, something good has happened. i've started using "mavis Beacon teaches typing V12" on the computer to practice typing
so not only will i be lightning quick, i'll be accurate too :)
man, this place is gonna change if you start typing properly....
And just buy a cheap DVD player, they're not that expensive, right? I mean, if he were taking the 60" flatpanel TV, I could see your problem, but you can pick up a DVD player for pennies (+ about 50 quid)
SpabSFW 08-20-2004, 11:55 PM I'd miss your typos, IFF. Consider not doing the typing course. The typos are part of the charm of your posts.
I am hoping this brother that is moving out is the same one who takes your socks and uses your toothbrush, solving that conflict.
he's the one that uses the toothbrush, but not the one who takes the socks
also yesterday, Colin was throwing out his clothes (the ones that are worn out and that he doesn't want anymore). he asked me whether (this was under the orders of my mother) , upomn looking through the contents of the bag, i found a t-shirt of mine :)
