As many of you might remember, I have been dealing with the urologist with an apperant vericosele (varicose vien to the testis) which causes my pain. Well today I felt a new pain and did a self-examination and found a pea sized lump on my testical http://discussanything.com/Ubb/frown.gif I freaked out and had a panic attack. I broke into a cold sweat and got real light headed.

I have been reading about testicular cancer for about a year now when this pain first started and feel that I may have reason for consern. I will see the doctor again today but I got to say, Im scared as shit and I cannt get my heart to stop pounding. I keep thinking about raising my girls. The one thing that helps me is to think of Lance Armstrong. http://discussanything.com/Ubb/frown.gif Pray for me guys.

Just stay calm Ian. I am sorry to hear your concern, BUT it coudl easily be nothing. And IF it is something, it isn't neccessarily cancerous, and EVEN IF it is...treatments have come a long way!

When do you see the doctor?

Ian, I know what you are going through.
Different problem, but when you dont know whats wrong, its torture.

Try not to think the worst and even if it is look at how well Lance is doing.

Take care.

Thanx a bunch guys. I think the prayers were answered! (I hope) This is the 6th 0r 7th Doctor who has told me that I just had normal inflatation of the plumbing down there so maybe I should relax and start to believe them (This time it flet different though).

Here is the skinny for you guys out there. I sit all day at work. Sitting bothers my lower back. The nerves in your lower back tie into your nads (thats why your stomach and back hurts when you get kicked in the groin. Well the irritation of my back is sending nerve signals to my nads. My nads and brain thinks there is a problem down there like epydidimitus (infection) it then sets off a hystimine reaction. there are All these little ducts, sacks and tubes at the top of your nads can become enflamed.

Bottom line, if you feel pain or a lump in your sack, dont freak like me, esp if its on top of your nads. Also dont ignore it like Armstrong did. Just get at least two opinions. I hope we have all learned something http://discussanything.com/Ubb/wink.gif

Well, part of it was a prayer of thankfulness for enlightenment: "you mean, Father, that Liberals DO have balls? . . . Yes, my son, they just don't work well . . . except for the ones that Liberal women have . . ."

LOL!!!!

Seriously, though, I was praying it wasn't cancerous and all. I wouldn't wish harm on any man's nuts. It's the only thing that bonds us guys together en mass.

If it WAS something serious, I've have missed you a lot. I'm starting to see the things we DO agree on moreso than the idiocy . . . uh, I mean IDEALS that you and I don't agree on.

What was your prayer Dave. God protect Ian's nads from harm. I know they have sinned but... http://discussanything.com/Ubb/biggrin.gif
