Bennidrill now comes in a cream. What a god send. My daughter is allergic to mosquitos (and we have a lot) and it makes the welts and itch disapear! I got stung by a wasp (again) and put it on. In 5 mins I forgot the sting was there! I have used a lot of ointments but this stuff rocks.

But for creatures of lesser intelligence, the word EMPATHY can be a hard word to roll off the lips.

Cool. For bee stings, boost immune system and purify the blood, try 10-20 drops of echineacea tincture 3 times daily for up to a week. For any insect bite to soothe and speed scarless healing, slice a fresh leaf of aloe plant and dab the gel on the bite 3 times daily.
At my father's house, we have had great success capturing wasps and hornets in those non-toxic $7 kits from Home Depot, although you can make them yourself with old peanut butter jars by popping small holes in the lid. Anyhow, you fill it up halfway with sugar water mixture and add some slices of apple. The mixture ferments and attracts only the bad insects like wasps.

I was out in the middle of the Norwalk River kayaking (the open kind that are easy to deal with) and got stung by a yellow jacket. The bitch must have hitched a ride on the kayak from where I live. It was an hour's paddle to get where I was so at least an hour back. I destroyed about 100 or so wasps and yellow jackets (fly swatter and jars of sugar/apple water) this summer and this is the first sting so it is not too bad I guess.
Right now, I am drinking echinecea mixed into detox green tea to help get rid of the irritated area.
That sucks, I HATE getting stung by anything...it sucks.

Yeah, it is disgusting to think some strange venom from an insect is in the system.
An insect is nothing compared to some stuff out there. I was watching Steve Irwin the Crocodile Hunter last night handling a large red bellied black cobra something or other. Whatever it was it was ****ing scarey. That guy had nuts of steel! He is absolutely amazing.
