Padres refuse to pitch Barry Bonds strikes and challenge him to hit a home run as he closes in on Mark McGuire's record. Not only did they not pitch him strikes, but the pitcher even hit him in the elbow with a pitch. Barry should have went out their and kicked his ass but he just took his base. Fuch the Padres. They are completely out of contention. They don't have to pitch him a gime but they should at least challenge him with some strikes. McGuire hit 5 home runs in his last 3 games because pitchers were challenging him. Bonds deserves the same courtesy.
