this is going to be where I put songs that are meaningful to me for some reason or another. Why, you may ask? Because i said so. na na na na na! :)

ok, first song... i'm listening to it right now. It's from Pippin, one of my favorite-ist musicals.. one that i plan to try out for next semester and I'd REALLY REALLY LIKE THIS PART.... there are a couple awesome female leads/supporting roles...
but the thing is... i could be SO good in this part..(then again, If i lost the weight im working on right now, I'd also be awesome as Katherine...but her part is more vocally demanding-- and Berthe 's song is in a great key for me...) so we'll see and if it doesn't work out, i'll say, "cest la vie." okay, I'll cry and then I'll say, "Cest la vie" but i'll be okay. But for now, screw that, I'm aiming toward this part. :cool:

YES, i DO know that im a drama geek. For anyone who doesnt know, this is also from Pippin. I hope Valley doesnt change their plan to do that play next semester, and i hope i end up playing a lead, but if not, somethin will come up and i will be ready for it. I feel like i learned SOoooo much in my musical theater workshop at UCLA last summer, but i couldnt really use it yet, and i feel like now i can.

hehe. i was humming that song in my head a few days ago. its touch and go, but I do feel motivated right now- -I think the "go" of the touch and go is the lack of structure i've had lately, but since i start school on monday, i am predicting a fruitful semester..
