OK....here's the deal.
I have lost 30-35 lbs in the past 7-8 months. I have gotten sick of looking like a 18 year old kid (I'm 28 by the way). SO....we are going back to the gym. I realize that I will not just explode back into the shape I was once in, but I do know cause I worked out before, the size should come back a little quicker than it originally did.
Now here comes the question. Have any of you found a good supplement for building mass? I like the Creatine I was on before, but I almost feel like I am starting from a clean slate again.....so what do y'all use.
Let me know
Thanks
Chris

EAS makes a product called Myoplex. That sh-t is loaded. Like over 40 grams of protien per serving. Also look into taking HMB with the Myoplex. These shakes should be additional meals not replacement meals. They will help you to build muscle mass.
Check the website out: http://www.eas.com/
Their products are little more than most stuff at GNC but they tend to taste the best and be very effective. Even if you use other brands you should shoot for the most comparable products.

I would consentrate on a proper diet of whole grains, salmon, fruits and veggies and a complete vitamin and mineral packet daily.
I have used powdered protein type stuff years ago and I would generally discourage people from the processed protein powders now or use them for a very short time period. I know of a professional personal trainer who was drinking that stuff for a while and his was in great shape externally, but it completely blocked up his digestive system with sludge. Very toxic situation. He would break out in pimples and feel sick because the body wasn't able to properly detoxify itself.
The body is designed to know best how to extract nutrients from food.
