I DO I DO!!

I like rollercoasters A LOT. Kinda funny because I'm really freaked out by elevators, but I'll take on any rollercoaster any day. My only claim to fame is riding the cyclone at Coney Island, because it's super old and for being old and made out of wood it's pretty okay, you know? ..anyhow, yes. I like rollercoasters. They are great.

Me, me, me!! Glen and I took the boys to sixflags, Ohio and we got a chance to ride the " Flight of superman" while grandma watch the kids. I was kind of scared at first, but after we were done riding, I jumped back in line again:) It was really exciting ride. Loved it!

I'm going to Orlando next week to hit Universal Studios. Some sweet ass ocasters there:

The Hulk
Dueling Dragons
Spiderman

I think there are others, but I can't remember. I'm also going to Busch Gardens in Tampa. I hear it's better than the Virginia location, and that place was great. I CAN'T WAIT!!

I love roller coasters. :)

I'm a junkie, too!!!!!

My favorite is, imo, the greatest thrill ride of all time. It's the Big Shot on the top of the Statosphere in Las Vegas. You start off at 921 feet in the air and then are shot up 160 feet from there in a mere 2.5 seconds at 45 mph, getting a taste of weightlessness as 4 G's of force lift you literally off your seat. (Astronauts experience about 3.2 G's on lift-off.) You then drop to 0 G's and bungee up and down the mast three times and practically float back to the launch pad one minute later.

With a maximum height of 1,081 feet the Big Shot is the ultimate rush.

My favorite roller coaster is The Giant Dipper in Santa Cruz, CA. It's not so much for the thrill as it is the history of the coaster.

Yeah that ride is pretty sweet Redfield. Have you been on Speed at the Sahara?

The best in the world is "X" at Magic Mountain in California. Pure evil mascarading as a roller coaster.

Check out some footage here http://www.prnewswire.com/mpr/sixflags/x/#

I haven't rode Speed yet, but I plan to next time I go to Vegas. As for "X", I've heard nothing but raves about it. :)

My favorite still has to be Goliath

i'm really into hyper coasters....

that one is a beast...

80 mile an hour speeds puts it in the top 5 for fastest coaster in the world..and you pull somewhere aroun 4 g's going through it's double helix...

it's insane!

I took my cousins to 6 flags when they were up visiting on july 4th weekend, and they went on superman, and i wasnt gonna go.

As soon as they got off the ride, they started dragging me on.. now mind you, they are 11 and 14, i was being showed up by two little kids..... So i get on the ride, and i'm SO nervous and queasy, we get to the top, and :D halfway down the ride i couldnt decide if i should raise my arms or not... arms UP won out.

I went on that ride 4 times.
(anyone been on the batwing? ya basically do that one laying on your stomach and going face-down. creepy the line was too long to go on that one more than once.)

I used to be scared of 'em as a kid. I managed to get past the fear a few years back. At least of the mid-sized ones.

I've been on pretty much all the stuff at Great America except the drop zone, but in all seriousness there's a lotta stuff at Magic Mountain that's WAY intimidating.

I remember not even wanting to stand next to the Viper a few years back for fear of somehow getting stuck on it.:|

You should go;) Will all go together and me and Mari can hang out while you and Glen go on the really scary ones. LOL

shhhhhh kay here is the plan. Me and mari will hang a bit, then I will drag her on one of those hurling through space, spinning up and down, and twirling ones, to show her what she is missing;) Got it? lol

The Beast and Son of Beast at King's Island in Cincy. Two of the most wicked coasters out there...

I can take anything offered. too bad good coasters are spread out, etc. And they have to mellow them out for little kids. THe hulk was good. I wish I could have riden it all day.
