Ok, I don't know what else to call this but I just refer to them as visions. What I'm curious about is if anybody has ever experienced these types of things. Now what they are exactly is hard to explain, I'd like to say they are some sort of astral projection while you are awake, I'm not sure. I've been getting them ever since I was about 20 years old. They are super intense for me too, I've had them when I was driving and I'll snap out of it and look around and realize I just drove a few miles with absolutely zero recollection of how I did it without crashing. It's like a dream state for me but I'm wide awake, it really trips me out. I've had them in the presence of other people and they say I get this blank stare on my face when it happens.

Now the cool part about them is I usually seem to travel to this very familiar yet distant place. It either seems like it's in the past here on Earth or some place on an Alien planet. I always get this great calming feeling from them. I wonder if it could be some kind of instinctive memory or some kind of phsychic communication with other people here on Earth or in another dimension. Or maybe even some kind of Alien powers embedded in our DNA from our Alien creators if you believe in the theory that we're all descendents of a genetically engineeered species or some type of Alien hybrid.

Anybody else ever experience something like this? What do you think about them?

Interesting. I looked over some Edgar Cayce and Paracelsus material to try for possible expanations, but found nothing specific. A lot of the mystical powers of the mind can be explained in realizing there is a universal subconsious mind. It could be information in the DNA being revealed since that was the initial programming. The next question is would it be possible to alter the DNA consicously through the mind. Maybe that a possbile purpose of the Great Pyramid was to serve in assisting that function. Any creator or artist wants to let go of the creation since the ultimate creation is one that replicates itself in various ways. The burden is upon us to kick it up a notch. It will ultimately be a result in more freedom.

That does sound interesting. Most ppl who say they have visions tend to lie but this seems genuine.

Haven't exactly had any visions, but I did once have a (at the time) highly unbelievable dream, a dream that turned out to exactly predict something I later learned to be true about somebody close to me. Yes, I think prophetic dreams are possible, but extremely rare.

And I once saw a couple of years worth of events, feelings and moments flash through my mind's eye as the girl got on the plane and flew out of my life forever. It was one impossibly long instant, like a dream.

I find all that stuff fascinating, the subconscious mind stuff and the Pyramids really make me wonder..

I agree with that, I've had only a few in my life, one of them was about an event at a certain place that happened exactly like it did in my dream the night before. It was so weird having this happen exactly like in my dream, I still think about it from time to time. How I was able to do it I'll never know I guess.

Weird, reminds me of how people that have had near death experiences claim to have seen their life flash before their eyes..

I zone out a lot, or I used to, but I don't think I've had any 'visions' as you described them.

I've had a few things like that happen to me whlie I was not actively doing anything, tho. Like I was just sitting on the floor of my room awhile back and trying to relax, and I felt this warm breeze against my face, felt my hair move along my scalp, and I smelled mustard flowers. I didn't see anything, tho, and when I opened my eyes there was no way in hell anything could've done that to me. It was also 15 minutes later.

Yea ya never know, I seem to get them when I'm out in nature or driving through rural areas. It's a really neat feeling, one that is very hard to describe. It almost feels like you become weightless and float. I dig it..:D

I get them all the time I actually drive better. I have a really scarey visions i'll have to tell you some other time when I have time. And they are true things. You won't believe me...

This happens to me on a regular basis. I do most of my driving to and from work that way. Daydreams for me are just as intense as dreams in the night, and just as real as walking around in a conscious state. Dreams of any form to me are so vivid that often times I feel out of place and like everything is too brash, too over-generated in the real world, when I'm not dreaming. Because of this, my eyes are ultra-sensitive, as are my ears and nose. "astral projections" as you say are common to people who are very attuned to emotional input from others.

One of the last times I indulged in Mary I had a weird "thing" come to me. Too bad I quit...:)

Same here, for some weird reason driving during Sunset seems to trigger them for me. And I sometimes have trouble figuring out whether things I experienced during a dream were real or not during the morning hours..

ok please don't think I am a weirdo or need to be in a psycho ward and it's true storys.

I first noticed it when I was a senior in high school. I had this one dream that someone died. It took me through the whole thing that happened. I even stopped breathing. 6 months later I was going to bed and I started shaking like I went into a seizure(I don't have seizures). Then I fell asleep and I seen the person that I thought died in the dream. Well the next morning I was going to work I told my stepdad I think something bad happened last night and I might want to come home early. When I got to work all these kids came out and said I had to sit down. They told me my bestfriend died in a car accident last night right around the same time I was going to bed. I thought that was weird.

Then it happened again. 3 kids I didn't even know except from school died. Now I thought it was getting out of hand.

When my aunt died my ex was holding me and he noticed I started shaking(keep in mind I didn't know she died yet). He asked me what was wrong and I told him I think my aunt died. He said I was out of my mind. But later that night he said when I was sleeping he said it sounded like I was talking to her. The next day my mom called me and told me she died that last night. I thought this is getting weird.

So last yr I had two dreams. 6 months later my uncle died. Then the night my good friend died I walked down stairs from my friends house and I got soo cold I went home. For some odd reason I was crying and I didn't know why. I kind of knew but wasn't sure. Then I found out he did die.

Now I just had another one about a week ago and I am starting to hate this thing really bad. I feel like I have to find out who it is before it happens. I never even told anyone about it til now.

So what do you think about this?

I don't really remember any really significant visions........but I have blanked out.......still functioning, doing whatever I'm doing, but having no recollection of it.....I just kind of go into a daze, feel relaxed, sometimes I see something, sometimes I don't, but if I do, like I said, it's never been significant, like someone dying or something....

I believe you, but that sounds more like "Intuition" to me.. Weird..

no. no it's not an intuition. It is something that I see. But I don't know it's ways and how it works. I just know i have it but I also want to know why I have it. Weird thing happened to me this morning. I started to cry and I don't know why. I wonder what it was. I hate having friends now b/c if I know you then you die. Or I see it.. No friends don't be my friend..

yes. it affects some people and doesn't affect others. That much is simple.... judging by the semi-unserious remarks of some people. My theory has always been that it affects people who are more attuned to emotional input... but I could be wrong.... never know.
