I have a bunch of great pictures that I took in Europe. Would love to get made into black and white poster sizes.
Example:
Panoramics of Paris, Munich, Prague.
Berlin City night life.
I'd want them like 12"x18" or so.
and the panoramics I would like fairy long (12"x48")
where would I take negatives to get something like this done?
do the pics themselves have to be in black & white?

Never really tried this myself, but it might be cheapest to take a digital copy to a printing shop (not a photography shop), and get them to print your images on a large-format printer. You could also use colour negs to print straight onto b&w paper, but shop around to see what you'd pay.

Do you know how to print using an enlarger? It would probably be cheapest to go to a pay-for-use photo lab and print it yourself.

Most photo shops should be able to take care of you. They can create a black and white image from your color negatives and print it at a large size.
I suggest just calling a few places up and asking, Im guessing your looking at $10-15 per photo/poster
I usually go to a digital image shop. Though, nowadays I work in digital, so it makes it easier.
Expect to pay like 30ish bucks for a nice quality photo, poster sized print.

If you want it done right, take the negs to a photography shop. They can do it from color film negs, too.
