im such a geek in my photo class...
i developed a roll of film today and i was the only one in the wet room, which was actually cool because i didnt have to feel stupid as i fumbled through the process...
So actually, this was my most successful roll of film, and i dried it off and went to get a negative sleeve thingie and my teacher saw me and he's like..."that needs to go back in the fixer"
it did look a little purple, but i didnt know to put it back, expecialy since it had already spent like 8 or 9 minutes in the fixer... anyways.... it turns out my fixer was no longer working... so i redid the fixer and it took forever, but finally i left... so instead of 50 minutes of developing one roll, it was more like almost two hours.. anyways... hopefully the pictures will print well


oh, and for my class where i screwed upthe writing assignment, i am going to use the one that didnt follow the directions for my ten page story (due monday, so i just have to add more to the story, 5 more pages) and tonight i need to write a 5 page story for tomorrow... at least i have an idea of what to write on this time... except its another "awww how sweet" story--which i am known for... i think that is a good thing and people usually really like my stuff but just to always have your stuff be called "cute" or "sweet" BLECH But my ten page story isnt really sweet, its really sad tho...

okay. homework time.... after a few more minutes of procrastinating

Don't sweat it, Bonnie. If photography, esp the developing end of it, was all that easy to learn, there'd hardly be a need for classes. All skills take time to acquire & by your own admission you're making progress.:)
