how do i get a animated gif of a piece of video..and set it ...say as my avatar..

i want one of a famous dancer doing something cool in my avatar....like Gene Kelly tapping...or something....what say you aesir....you up to the challenge?

put the movie into Virtualdub, export the frames you want as an image sequence, load it into animation shop or whatever, and you're done.

Yeah so.... I'll try to help you... but I need the video you want avatarized first. Not sure if my Jasc Animator will have the ability to frame it out... but I'll try.
