I'm in a really sour mood today and I just need to hear from you to make my misery more complete. So come on and post your hate right here!:(

I don't hate you. I DISAGREE with you on some issues, namely the death penalty, but I respect your opinion and posts.

Don't take it personally, it's not meant that way.

Alex is right. :p

The only thing that really bugs me about you is when you say how evil corrections officers are. We don't unnessasarily beat people. :|

OK... I was just in a really sour mood today. Some real Bull Sh*t is going on in work that I dont even want to talk about.

I respect you too, Qtr. This post has nothing to do with the political forum or anything. Its just the mood I'm in today.

Sorry about that. I have a nephew that was in jail and had a rough time for basically being in the wrong place in the wrong time. For that reason I do come down on jail guards and prison guards who abuse their authority. It is one of a very many reasons I became this anti-authority nut case that I am.

Its nothing against you though.

Can I ask you one thing. What can we do to reform prisons and put an end to rape and violence? This is a pet cause of mine. I would like an insiders perspective.

Simple; let the gaurds do their jobs. Prisons are what they are because of liberal political groups pressuring for reform. The more inmate movement you have within a prison, the greater the chance for violence in general. If it was up to us, along with a lot of the civilian population, inmates would be locked down 24/7. It's safer for the staff, and it's safer for the inmates. *shrug* It'll never be that way, so violence in prisons will continue. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to prevent it. Nothing.

If I were in prison I think I would prefer being locked down as long as I have books to read. It would be better than being surrounded by violent inmates. Thats just me though.

I think you are a pretty smart guy Ponycar. Maybe you should be a warden or something.
