Why does my regedit open up every time I start up my computer?

And in the add/remove programs thing, there isa bunch of stuff on there which I have already deleted....how do I get rid of that stuff?

when you deleted the programs did you just delete them or uninstall them?

and your ragedit (whatever that is) starts up when you start you computer because its set to, if you want to change it go to you start menu click run, type msconfig, go to the startup tab and find that program in the list and uncheck the box next to it, you can do the same thing for any other program you don't want to startup with windows. Or and this dawned on me (I never seem to think of the easy way with computers) you take do the easier thing and go into the setting for that program find the start up with windows option and uncheck it

If its still there, you didnt uninstall it. To make sure everything is removed, go to the add/remove programs next time.

If the stuff is removed but stuck in add/remove programs list, can use tweakui to help clean it up
