I'm resolving to workout at least five days a week
Because i know this is a lot to ask of myself, I am only gonna try to hold myself to 3 high impact workouts and at least 2 strength and yoga thingies...

I finally got a VCR in my room, and especially since i have like barely any furniture left (until i get new stuff) i have lotsa room for working out. I also have my gym membership, but for a few reasons, i am probly not gonna use that for a while, unless i decide to take some classes over weekends... who knows

Anyways, i went through the video collection and i have like a dozen workout videos.. 3 richard simmons... 2 tae-bo (at least.. and my sister probly has the missing tae-bo...but its advanced so i dont want it...) umm... 2 yoga videos.. one is just relaxation and the new one is awesome and combines yoga and pilates (and i found it for 3 bucks!).. i just did it... and 4 Zumba videos-- oh but one of them is steps, so i guess that doesnt really count...
Anyways...that sounds like a good enough collection for me to say to myself, if i get bored with a workout, i better just switch for that day or somethin
For now, my plan is Zumba 3 times a week (tues, thurs, and one weekend day of my choosing...) and "strength and grace" 2 times a week (probly Mon, wed, and/or one weekend day....

some people would stay start out slow, but that isnt how i operate... I can start slow within the workout, but i need a good routine... God knows i have enough motivation right now, what with auditions for musicals in the spring and me being single and wanting to change that sometime in the not extremely, but somewhat near future....

Anyways.. the beginning of workout out is always so funny, because it is actually fun..
Actually, my first Zumba workout sucked, i had to stop a bunch of times, it wasnt even being tired, my heartrate just got out of control...but as long as i modify the jumping part which is in the beginning...

anyways..yeah, that's my story...
I've decided that my life is way more complicated than it needs to be--- and because of that, working out had become less important to me, and it should have become more important...but whatever. i learned the lesson the hard way, but at least i learned it....
