nice idea, but this is an international forum... I think the main issue you have to settle first is 'who buys the plane tickets' ;)

There's a lot of CA folk on here though...

why cant ya just PM someone,and start talking to them.. and if they are cool..... uhm, date them.

Ugh. The pseudo-romantic aspects of DA are the only things I don't like. I'm sick of people being all lame and trying to flirt with the "female" members. Ladies, if you care how big a guy's dick is, ask him in PMs. Make that the official way it's done, and maybe they'll stop volunteering the information. Likewise, men, if you want to see a particular woman's naked body, have her email the pictures. Professional nude models and/or porn stars have bodies specifically designed to be attractive. Bulletin board members may not. You're risking our eyesight too.

Please-- also, what is attractive in the Ozarks and various trailer parks scattering America, may not be attractive to us 'seville-eyezed folk".

A dating service may work for some people. Trouble is that DA members are scattered across the country and the world so unless you are really determined to meet someone it might be too much trouble. I did date someone a while back who I met in a chatroom. She was from Oklahoma and I from Illinois. It was fun at first but there was too much distance between us for the relationship to get serious.

Dating from an online community (especially a small one) is like dating in a small forum on your own floor. Its going to inevitably cause drama.
