Chad is a growing threat to the safety and security of citizens across the world. At this very moment - Chad is threatening to attack the United States with nuclear weapons. It is a mortal threat to US national security (its got some oil too). We must act now before the mushroom cloud makes 9/11 look like a picnic. After 6 months of media cheerleading the majority of Americans (3/4ths of whom do not follow foreign affairs) are with me. I have a mandate (which I didn't get in the election) to act. We shall bomb them with B-52s they cannot reach, we shall attack their landlocked country with cruise missles fired from our naval warships, we shall threaten to hit them with nuclear weapons, we shall defend our continent from Chad's nonexistent military, we shall not surrender, we shall PREVAIL!

Having the chutzpah to have some kind of rebellion over there is an insult to the US's chutzpah. Chad needs to be taught a lesson.

It is obvious that Chad poses a threat to the United Sates and our allies.

Ireland were sending soldiers on a peacekeeping mission (as part of the EU peacekeeping force) to chad but felt it was too unsafe for the irish soldiers
