It's an interesting show but hubby watched it for 6 hours straight. I asked him to watch something different and I recorded the rest of the marathon so ha can finish watching today or tomorrow. My sister and her son came over so we decided to watch something else. We channel surfed between Dick Clarks New Years Rocking Eve and Jaws. Seen Jaws a million times so it's easy to crack jokes through the whole movie. Between Jaws and Lady Gaga I never laughed so much in my life.

BTW why do zombies eat? it's not like they regenerate flesh.

I admit I might be biased because I happen to know some of actors, but I think it's very good, and I do watch it sometimes, even though I rarely watch tv these days, in general.

3. If knowing celebrities was all it takes to be famous, half of Los Angeles would've been famous by now:rolleyes:.

4. Having said all that, just like Ringo, I get by with a little help from my friends, as they all help me and have helped me be where I'm at today, that includes famous and non-famous people, and I love them all just the same:D:nice:.

I don't think the show sucks,I just don't want to watch six straight hours of it. Gotta admit zombies are not my favorite scifi monster cause they don't make sense. Why do they eat cause their bodies don't get anything out of it. How are humans overtaken by them,they are so slow and unsteady that you have a better chance of being attacked and killed by a pack of turtles. They are stupid. Seriously if this ever happened it would be like shooting fish in a barrel.

Pack of turtles, now that's funny.....One reason they don't shoot them is because the show takes place in England where gun ownership is restricted.

Now if setting took place in the United States, some serious slaughter could take place with some serious results. But would be quickly stopped by both the ACLU for violating their zombie rights and environmentalist for polluting the water with all that zombie blood. Democrats would pass a law allowing them equal rights in court proceedings allowing them to marry.

But that's what makes it not scarey for me. With all the guns and ammo some of you guys have, zombies would become a sport not a life threatening issue. Round them up, fence them in to a couple of acres of woods and charge to shoot. I can see it now Zombie Safari...

Well If I understand Walking Dead, the stem of the brain comes alive after death but the rest of the brain doesn't work. This allows basic function but not intelligent function. Basically they are walking vegetables. I still don't get the concept of eating flesh. They don't seem to repair themselves or really seem to need it as fuel. Actually If these people died of lets say a giant hole in their liver, even if the brain would be active the body if it had blood and bled like a living human,how come they don't die again from bleeding out? Movie Zombies make no sense,I like the real ones better:nice:
