Thanks for the post. This may have been one of the good things to come out of the Libyan campaign. Regional powers who trend toward moderation are in the best position to control the bad actors in the neighborhood. Hopefully, this will be one more step for true sovereignty, as opposed to imperial powers. Empires playing world police is way too primitive in solving conflicts, and ultimately fatal for the empire.
