but more of a past the time kind of activity. Dominoes! :D:D I just found out that yahoo has Dominoes!

If anyone is ever bored, I try to play when I get a chance. My screen name on yahoo is signko. I stay in the social or beginner area as I am still learning the scoring system, but in real life I kick butt! :p

On a side note, I have a black cat, though she wasnt until I found that spray paint can nicely alter a kitten's coat of hair. :)

:p

If you ever raise chickens, you can dip the eggs, (a few days at most prior to hatching), in food coloring. The chicks come out that color! It's nearly as fun as placing turkey eggs under a bantam hen.

Hey! City boy reading this! I'm easily fooled too!

Be careful to not mess with my fragile little mind about such things unless they're true!

True they be. Colored chicks! It wears off in few days, but it's fun to watch while it lasts. In fact, many years ago, they used to be sold that way in pet stores.

More for your citified mind: You can put a chicken to sleep, by tucking it's head under one wing. Then you lay the chicken on it's back, and do the rest of the flock. Yes, really.....(yeah, so we're easily amused in the country).

I had a bantam hen build her nest inside a turkeys nest. She insisted on sitting her eggs, even when the turkey hen plopped down on top of her. Every once in a while she'd poke her stupid little head out from under the turkey, pant a while, then vanish beneath the turkey again. When all the chicks, (chicken and turkey), hatched out, they did'nt know who was mom.....so the turkey hen was walking around with a bunch of bantam chicks, (orange, pink, and green :D ), whilst the bantam hen had most of the turkey chicks....which did'nt dye very well.

You can also do a similar thing with iguanas! :D:D You pet the iguanas head and then lay it on its side and presto...it cant move or some such thing. I learned this whilst working for a reptile company. Funnest job I ever had! :D Nothing like chasing around black tree monitors in a 100 degree warehouse whilst crickets are chirping like mad and frogs are croaking! You feel as though you are in the jungle!
