Hi, I have a question for anyone who might be able to help. Where I work, we have a mailing list set up in Microsoft Access, and we recently added email address as one of the fields. Is it possible to export the email addresses, along with other fields (like name for instance), to Outlook? If so, how? I appreciate the help, thanks.

Actually I think this is fairly easy... in outlook you can import from access... just go to import/export... choose your database... and viola... it may look kinda ugly but itll get the job done.

hmm, I don't believe there is a direct change over.

But, if whoever setup the database knows any programming, im sure he could script it to do so...
