I am sad.

It's one of those days. I don't have a reason really, nothing pissed me off, upset me, etc. Everything is normal. I'm just plain ole sad. My alarm went off this morning and I let it buzz for probably 5 minutes because I didn't care enough to turn it off.

Then on top of my crappy feelings, a very good friend of mine comes online and is odd during our brief IM conversation. Backstory on this one: A couple days ago, I called her and spoke for maybe 2 minutes, before she haistily said, "I gotta go, bye" and hung up. So today I jokingly told her she was still on my crap list for it. She then proceeds to be weird and say "I really didn't want to talk to you." "Ok, ummm, why?" "I gotta go" and she signs off. I ****ing hate that ****. First of all, if I did something to piss you off, ****ing tell me! Especially if we're good friends. Second of all, I couldn't have done something to piss her off, I haven't even seen her in over a month! I guess she could be upset about something else and being weird to me as a result, but I hate that **** too. When I feel crappy and don't want to talk to my friends, I tell them that, why can't other people do that too?

I probably wouldn't care so much because I'm a jaded bastard, but since it was today, it was kind of adding insult to injury.

Oh, and an A&R company that contacted me and said they wanted to work with my band got me all excited. Then I found out today they're a scam.

Today sucks.

At least mr. jack daniels still loves me. Mr. Jack, meet Mr. Mouth.

About the friend...thats just ****ty. No reason to rude, eh. Sometimes people say and do things they later regret because they are in a bad mood.

Sure, send him the link, that'd be rad. I've been curious where the LB scene is anyway. Right now we don't have a drummer though, we're in the process of auditioning.....

igo, I can relate. I've had a kind of bad day too. Didn't get enough sleep, so it was hard to get up. Then as I was cutting a bagel, I sliced my finger. (wasn't too bad, but still) ;) Then I drove about an hour to Sacramento for a dentist appointment, only for them to tell me my insurance isn't covered this month or something like that, so I have to reschedule. :mad:

Anyway, I'm sorry you're having a bad day... and I'm sorry that girl was being weird and rude to you. I agree, a good friend should be honest and not play games.
