Best of all the gaming is faster than my $2000 1Ghz compaq at work.

Woah, I have issues with an 550 being faster at gaming than 1 gig, unless you have a REAL ****ty graphics accelerator at work.

The one at work is an Intel brand Graphics accelerator. The little Voodoo blows it away. (Of course the voodoo has been modified)

I think the cache on the mobo makes a little dif too.

Ahh, okay, makes MUCH more sense now :-)
