Thanks... its just a polaroid digital camera. not an expensive one at all. :) I'm not sure why it came out green and blue like that. :D I didn't use flash, so that's why its dark. The walls in that room are a butter-yellow color, but I have no idea where the bluishness came from.

I've taken one or two pics with a digital camera. Light is everything. Use a lot of light. Natural sunlight is best. If you use a flash be careful of light surfaces, like walls painted white. The flash reflects off it. See what settings your camera has. Most come with an indoor, outdoor, (etc) setting. Use what's appropriate. Also, experiment with the timer. Most cameras have a timer. Set the camera up on an ironing board (because it adjusts up and down). You can also remove a lampshade and screw the camera onto that stud at the top of the lampshade holder thingy (photog jargon there:D ) and use it as a tripod.

Sactown eh? JillianJiggs and I live in Citrus Heights I have to agree with the lighting for Digital Camera's sometimes with digital camera's the smaller the picture size is taken at the quality is better. I've seen camera take crappy 640 X 480 pics but some awesome pics of a smaller size.
