View Full Version : The question must be posed... What constitutes a "psycho"? Lowtide 07-13-2002, 11:35 PM What are some indicative behaviors of a "psycho"? u8nxprt 07-13-2002, 11:51 PM If they believe others are ploting against them. If they believe they have special powers or advantges that don't seem exist. If they frequently Repeat words or phrases several times over during a conversation. If they post on DA... :) Corporate Avenger 07-14-2002, 01:27 AM If they one minute say they love you and the next try to claw your eyes out.. Lateralis 07-14-2002, 02:04 AM Pyschotic or schitzophrenic? Hearing voices, tasting things that arent there, smelling things that arent there, feeling things that aren't there. Basically chemical embalances leads to different diagnosis. Irrational thoughts (such as driving down the freeway and then all of a sudden thinking what it might be like to open up your car door and jump out). Homicidal rage. They can't differentiate between reality and fantasy. Lowtide 07-14-2002, 02:30 AM As in... "My psych ex gf/bf...etc" turtle_o 07-14-2002, 02:43 AM hhmm, they dont understand it's over. They think they are still special to you. Psycho... way over the top, like Oh here is an example I saw happening to my boyfriend's roommate. This guy came to the house at like 4am, and he was looking for his ex-gf who was spending the night with Pat's roommate. He then proceeded to give the girl a smack,... not Pat's roommate, and then they left or something. He did it another time too, and that 2nd time he wasnt allowed in the house, and he BROKE into the house, the cops were called, he even had a restraining order against him, but since she was at Pat's house and not her house it was void. I guess being particularly clingy, not moving on, putting a lot of emphasis into past shared activities, possessions. The difference with just being hung up, is that little bit of dementia that makes the person beleive that maybe they arent really broken up, or that they arent hung up on the other person, and are therefore acting very normal. -shrug- Wedge 07-14-2002, 03:46 AM Originally posted by Lowtide As in... All the stuff Psycho Stacey did in that movie. Stalking, killing pets, destroying property, burning down houses, smashing/scratching cars, refusing to accept its over and living in a delusional world...... My brother once had a friend who stalked him with a knife because they couldnt accept the friendship was over.....and that wasnt even a relationship relationship...they were just sort of mates until then.....spooky. Warning signs of psycho males are shown statistically in how they feel about/treat their mothers and their dogs. I just run from anybody who doesn't listen to what I say and who invades my personal space repeatedly. I suggest this. I normally stay out of trouble. OH! And as soon as there's a sign of possesiveness RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!! During the course of our 7 year relationship, she: --told multiple vicious lies about me to friends and family and various people she met in bars; --smashed a wine bottle over my head; --tried to frame me for rape in my home town; --nearly broke her hand by punching my face; --two days before her criminal trial for assault, got a protection order against me based on perjury (e.g., "he repeatedly slammed my hand into the wall, almost breaking it"), causing two Maryland state police officers to kick me out of my apartment; --refused to drop her fake protection order after I declined to testify against her at her criminal trial for assault, with the result that: --I was jailed that evening for going home; --cleaned out our apartment while I was barred from going there and then sold about 95% of all my possessions; --visited me several weeks later for a weekend; left on Monday morning with my beloved dog; --went to jail for violating probation conditions; --had her roommate sell my music collection (20 years of collecting rare jazz) to raise bail money; --opened a phone account with my SS# and ran up a $2000 bill, which I was forced to pay; --persuaded me (with her tits) to get back together again; --cheated on me. Only with this last event did I conclude she was truly "psycho," at which point we parted ways. She certainly had nice tits. I think of them often. Psycho! Foul Temptress 08-19-2002, 06:23 PM Geez...all of that for some tits...... knave 08-19-2002, 06:40 PM By the way, do you have nice tits? I'm going to nail your post on every room in the house:D But I too have a weakness for a nice pair.....:p Wedge 08-20-2002, 01:44 AM Originally posted by Princess Geez...all of that for some tits...... tits? whooptedo... i got tits.. ain't nothing worth that Charged 08-20-2002, 04:29 AM Jeez, she took the dog? That right there, is just too much. Never seen a pair of tits that good. knave 08-20-2002, 03:48 PM Yah, she took my dog, because she knew I'd come after her for that, basically. Stealing a dog is a felony in Virginia (where I lived), and she was on probation at the time. The cops went to talk to her in Maryland about the dog and she promised to return her. She didn't, and ran away instead. Cops found her on an army base in Maryland and jailed her as a fleeing felon. I got my dog back and didn't press charges, which was pretty stupid. That's when she bailed out with my music collection. The worst thing was that I actually took her back after all that, and then she betrayed me. I was indeed sick, but not quite sick enough to tolerate betrayal. The dog is another really interesting story. I'll start a thread on that when I have more time. |
