The POS CONGRESS has the CHUTZPAH to discuss constitutional amendments regarding something as personal as who is flucking who, yet they are unconcerned that misguided aggression can fluck up the world.

That would be "Weak on terrah", and no one wants to be weak on terrah.

Because we occasionally do need to attack sovereign nations, even if the Iraq adventure was bogus.

You can't stop giving carpenters hammers because some of them hit their own thumbs (on, in this case, run around the project site swinging wildly while pissing all over anyone that gets in their way). Warfare is a tool of diplomacy.

Guantanamo has proven the constitution to be irrelevant in foreign policy, besides as someone else here said: we will not tie our hands to invade anyone!!!

That's an exaggeration. But it does highlight the fragility of the rule of law.

There is this expectation that when we elect a leader and give tham access to "end of days" weapons, the lives of our armed service personell world wide, as well as the lives of each and every American citizen,.... that the person elected won't go and join our enemies and plan an attack on American soil to further their personal political agenda.

That being the case, perhaps it was ill advised to allow such a person access to the Oval Office, where they could give entry to male for male hookers, plot our destruction, ensure our energy shortfalls, pillage our treasury and hold daily terror briefings whenever anyone starts to catch on to their many acts of high treason.

A sane and relatively honest person should be allowed the discretion for all out war if the need arises..... ( It's not like idiot George had "the right stuff" when WE were attacked.... He froze and RAN AWAY.)

The rules should stay the same, but those who get the nod should be ... you know... kinda sane.....

The problem isn't the Constitution, the law, or Bush... the problem is 51 million idiots with voting machines.

"the problem is 51 million idiots with voting machines "....and a susceptibility to believing everything they are told.. by the media, elected officials and polling agencies which all seem to put out information that contradicts practical reality.

Example, Bush wasn't elected the first time, he was "jumped in" by the SCOTUS.. and the second term was brought about by obvious election fraud in Ohio and Florida

The problem isn't the Constitution, the law, or Bush... the problem is 51 million idiots with voting machines.Which brings us back to my proposal to have an intellegence test before someone is allowed to vote.

I think we can see which party would benefit most from an intellegent voting public by which party complains the most against such a test.

Some nations NEED to be attacked.

"Court: Saudi Arabia Not Liable in Sept. 11 Attacks"

"A federal appeals court has ruled that Saudi Arabia and four of its princes cannot be held liable in the Sept. 11 attacks.

The appeals court in Manhattan issued the ruling Thursday, saying the Saudi defendants are protected by sovereign immunity. It also agreed with a lower court that a Saudi banker and a charitable organization cannot be held liable."

These DOGS attacked us and not only did we not attack them back, we can't even SUE them for damages.

Some silly S.O.B in our government has made it impossible to defend our nation legally from attack.

Need I remind you of what these DOGS did?

Perhaps I shouldn't call them dogs.... I happy to believe the dogs are worthy, noble creatures...

But the term "MONGREL" fits perfectly.:D

Kill the problem at it's roots.

Do you see a problem with that?
