Yes, the decider, in typical fashion, asked people to turn off their video camera's, garbled his words, lost his train of thought ( he thinks?), and proceeded to joke about the financial meltdown, and the housing crisis.

He also mentioned something about getting rid of his "prop"-perty in Crawford. ( Guess he no longer needs it.)

His performance was secretly recorded anyway, and WAS on UTube ( But has been yanked off for some strange reason)

However, for those who missed his comedic performance, it is ( for the moment) still available at the following site:

http://politicalblog.abc13.com/

Take a look before it too is gone.

Any thoughts?

As a two-time convicted DUI offender, he'd certainly know...

This is true.

However, it IS very disturbing that he seems to always be caught with a case of the giggles when there is death, destruction and pain being felt by Americans.

Very disturbing indeed.

Disturbing? Yes. Surprising? Perhaps not so much.

I'm going to venture a guess here that he went into politics because his parental units did not approve of his original career choice of executioner. ;)

Plenty, but not many of them printable.
And who got drunk? He doesn't sound too coherent in this at all, but what the hey...he's among his good ol' Texas friends here, huh?

A pretty good observation.

However, there IS that thing about his being raised to believe that he was of some sort of royal blood.... Patrician upbringing, I believe was the term used to discribe his childhood.

As such, he is supposed to be "above" the concerns of the lower born.

Well, he's certainly demonstrated a lack of regard for the wellbeing and concerns of Americans who haven't obtained blue chip founder stocks.

So it follows that his being foisted on us was based on complete lies... And speaking of lies, since he's so far above it all, why should he be bothered to ever tell the truth about anything.. Not to mention show any concern for our lives?

I hear ya.

That whole Texas thing is just a dodge.

It gives him a bit of cover while he pretty much does anything he wants.

After all, He's not from Texas.

I would say he gives Texas, and Texans a bad name, but that too pretty much goes without saying.

I just keep loving this administration more and more every day.

I am fond of super-imposing him over Saddam in his final moments.

There's no way this guy should be allowed to fade from the scene without justice being served... and if American's are willing to allow it after all he's done and the disgrace he's brought to our image, flag and nation, it would be SOLID proof that America has lost it's way.:not:

I'm hoping that isn't the case.... truly hoping.

I saw a video of Bush from the early '90s back when he was running for governor of Texas, from some sort of debate. He spoke in complete sentences, responded to questions like a normal human being and, whatever you might think of what he was saying, seemed to be able to say it without looking like a buffoon. Or too much of one, at any rate.

Go figure, given what he's become.

I've often wondered if he had a stroke at some point.

Yes, but I am interested in the cause.

It has been opined that during Bush's T.A.N.G. AWOL period, he was in detox, however that would be prior to his run for govenor of Tx.

So, the suggestion that he's been ACTING a fool all this time implies that he's more talent than the guy who played the Joker in the new Batman movie.

That's a bit doubtful.

I've often wondered if he had a stroke at some point.

Now THAT is a distinct possibility.

There's no rule that says stroke victoms HAVE to have visible symptoms like half their face limp or whatever.....

Wouldn't something like that disqualify him from his role as Commander and chief during war times... this is a bit of a grey area.

The cabinet would have to agree that he is incapable of performing the task. That could bring up some awkward questions, though. Like why didn't any one say anything during the previous 7 years the mentally-handicapped individual was a phone call away from world destruction. I think an autopsy is called for in this case, though for legal and democratic reasons, we should wait until he has left office.

<chuckle> you can't autopsy a guy who's still breathing... can you?

Yet another disturbing thought... His cabinet isn't known for being up front with him about anything.. or being up front with anyone else for that matter.

His behavior has been less than rational for the last 7 1/2 years, so a case can be made that his mental state was never sound to begin with.... from his reaction on the morning of 9/11, proven lies about Katrina, to feeling up the German leader, to dancing on the White House steps while waiting for McCain to arrive.. there's no shortage of lapses that could indicate mental impairment.

I think this is the video. Unfortunately YouTube is buffering like crazy ATM, driving me crazy, so I'll watch it all the way through after this passes.

I don't think we should let such important information elude us over such a minor technicality. Another explanation might be that it is way easier to get cocaine in the White House than in the Governor's Mansion. And he's just always high.

I've been told that the YouTube feed has been cut.

This sort of thing has happened before.

Remember When Bush said he'd never met Abramhoft?

At that time, ALL pictures of him and Abramhoft were removed from the web... and I mean ALL of them....

Only citizens and .org's who had the images in their systems came up with them after the fact and put them back out there.

Purging Bush's records is a full time job for SOMEBODY.

I keep waiting for him to whip out a crack pipe at the podium and light up, while claiming that it's an executive privilege.

While that may seem outlandish, with this guy it's entirely possible.
