(use a lid, it'll take less time) 2.) Toss helpless crustacean in boiling water. 3.) Remove from pot when red, dismember and consume. I don't recommend you salt the water since they are salt water creatures but it's up to you. Old bay would probably be a good choice it you do season the boil. Try tossing some fresh corn cobs in while you're at it. Key condiments are fresh lemons and drawn butter. GROFF200 05-22-2008, 09:31 AM For crab, I find steaming to be the best choice.
