Well, I just tried the local brew that I bought this morning. I have to say it was pretty damn good and I will definitely be buying more. I've had local brews (not by this company) and they are all pretty shitty....except this one. kinda sweet and has a bit of a caramel and fruit taste to it. Smooth and very nice head....about 2 fingers worth and I agree with one guy on beer advocate when he said "a shitstorm of bubbles". I think I will be sending a 6-pack to Gibson. Saison, if you are interested, i can send one your way. I told you I would send you something a while back and i think I found it.
