what's your favorite recipe for Ramen?

Just boil water and add a beaten egg to it and voila! Add a sandwich of cold cuts and you have the classic soup and sandwich!

just plain and no more ingredients as i am lazy to put something aside from its seasoning... :cool:

add spring onions, chopped.
thats probebly the most important addon for good ramen.
nori seawead leave allso is great.
when i make it from scratch, i usually make itwith hotsause (sukiyaki healthy boy brand)
but also great with instant miso soup. and you should add soy sause, ofcourse.

best ramen i ate in japan, was soup stock, ramen, spring onions, mashed garlic, mashed hot peppers. it allso had shiced fried pork. curly seaweed is good too.
