View Full Version : Hillary Beats Mc Cain In Florida,Pennsylvania And Ohio
Truth Teller 05-01-2008, 07:44 PM A new poll shows Hillary Clinton beating John Mc Cain by a wide margin in the key Electorial College swing states of Ohio,Pennsylvania and Florida.
The poll shows Clinton beating Mc Cain by 8 points in Florida,10 points in Ohio and 14 points in Pennsylvania.
It should be noted that Senator Clinton won the Ohio,Pennsylvania and Florida primaries by wide margins.
All Senator Clinton would have to do is win all the states won by Al Gore and John Kerry in the last two elections, then Ohio and Florida would give her more than all the electorial votes she needs to win.
The poll also shows that Barack Obama is not as electable in those three states.

The poll by Quinnipiac University shows what I said to be the case.

You can be a taunting, immature, jackass and you [and other Obama supporters] can call me ,the people in this poll ,and everyone else who disagrees with you every derogatory name in the book.
None of that changes the fact that the mainstream of the United States population does not agree with you.
If you want John Mc Cain to be president, nominate Barack Obama.

The GOP voting machines are voting R no matter what, the mystery is which big state will they really put a massive effort into stealing this time.
Do you really think the string pullers would allow anyone but a imperialist corporate pawn to become president? They have way too much riding on this.

Well,it won't happen in Ohio this year because the Democrats are running the state now.
But independent polling shows that Hillary can win Ohio in a big way while the saem polls show the opposite for Obama.
All Hillary has to do is win every state Gore and Kerry won plus one more and we'll have a Democratic House,Senate and White House and then maybe things will finally get done.
Independent polling show that she can do that,it also shows that Obama can't.

From your own effing link:
If Sen. Obama is the Democratic nominee, he's in a tight race with McCain in Florida and Ohio
That's hardly "opposite."
Hillary has already lost. She has lost the popular vote, and she's losing supers on a daily basis. She is not going to be the nominee and by continuing to campaign, she's doing nothing but wasting money and hurting the democratic party.
P.S. Polls are almost worthless.

I was gonna get into that--the weeds of TT's stupid argument--but it's pointless with his dumb ass.

NPR had a segment today on some pol who blamed Obama's endorsement of him for a big drop in his popularity. If this continues and is a trend, then the DNC and the 'super delegates' will surely put Hillary in. They are not going to risk Senate and Congressional seats for some racist putz who obviously has very little discretion and is such poor performer when in unscripted situations or under pressure and can't remember his own platform.
Farnsworth,Luther P. 05-05-2008, 01:22 AM All Hillary has to do is win every state Gore and Kerry won plus one more and we'll have a Democratic House,Senate and White House
Most smart people know this.
and then maybe things will finally get done.
Well, that's a big stretch; they're all establishment vetted candidates; what they do is already decided by others, not them. 'No Populists Allowed' signs are still up all over Washington. I doubt Hillary will pull a Carter and go after big oil of big banking; she doesn't want to end up hung out to dry by the feckless public, like Carter was.
Farnsworth,Luther P. 05-05-2008, 01:48 AM As an addendum, did anybody watch the O'Really interview with Hillary? He's clearly scared of her, none of the usual smack talking, bloviating, and wise ass crap he usually mouths, at least in the part I bothered to watch, which was about 5 minutes. I happened on it while checking out C-Span and finding nothing but garbage there and the Fox channel is close to it on my TV menu.
Which brings up another issue; is it just me or has C-Span turned into real crap channels the last couple of years? Even Book TV has almost nothing of interest any more.

Not really.
The poll shows Mc Cain defeating Obama in Pennsylvania [a state that both Gore and Kerry won] and it has Obama winning Ohio and Florida within the margin of error,While Hillary's numbers are past the margin of error in all three states.
Hillary has already lost.
Then Mc Cain will be president.
She has lost the popular vote,
Not if you count the vote of two of most populated states in the union[Florida and Michigan].
and she's losing supers on a daily basis.
As of now over one-third are still uncommitted [and those who are committed can still change their minds].
They may have msigivsings about her ,but they clearly have misgivings about Obama too,or else he would have been able to wrap it up by now.
She is not going to be the nominee
That is not set in stone.
Obama is losing support every day with Middle America and when a 2001 picture of Obama's friend William Ayers stomping the US flag comes out,he will very likely lose even more support there.
and by continuing to campaign, she's doing nothing but wasting money and hurting the democratic party.
I think she's trying to save it from nominating a canidate who can't win the Electorial vote.
P.S. Polls are almost worthless.
If you got out of LA and spent some time talking to the people in Middle America [the very people who will decide the election],you'd find this poll is right on the money.

One of my favorite songs in the Americana [or Alt-Country] field is "Sometimes It Take Balls To Be A Woman" by Elizabeth Cook :hitit: and Hillary showed balls by going on a show [and network] that is out to get her.
Obama hasn't done anything like that.
Hillary also called for Obama to debate her in a Lincoln/Douglas type debate with no moderators,he again said "No".
