so everyone know's about mid-life crises....
is there like one of those at college age?
cause really, if someone told me I was just going through some lame phase and all I need to do is buy a car or have an affair (oh wait,m those are the mid-life solutions) so i guess for college kids it could be get a new haircolor, pierce something...

things are too weird right now- i need a vacation.. I know i just got back from a week away but man... that sucks, because it is just teasing me-- it was like, by the time i was fully immersed in the fun, it was almost over... camp shoulda been a month... God that would be a brillliant idea... im still convinced im going back--i cant explain it exactly, but we'll see what happens with that one...

so yeah, back to my topic-- IS there a midlife crisis for young people? a quarter life crisis-- oh wait, actually that would probably be mid 20's... hmm... or maybe the correct response to my craziness is "yeah, it's called becoming an adult.. get used to it..."

i start work on monday-- i think that will help-- at the very least it will give me a steadier routine than i have right now--

You worry too much. What do you really have to complain about?

Children?
Career?
Credit card debt?
Mortgage?
Multiple car payments?

No. You have to go to college. It's not hard. I did it while balancing a career and fatherhood.

Learn not to sweat the small stuff or you'll commit suicide by the time you're 30. Seen it happen.

College can be such a hard transition. I got so freaked out from senior year in highschool to first year in college, i even gave myself some sort of rash, that was autoimmune and had no cause! Just stress.

It's really important for you to learn how to handle this stuff now, though. You wouldnt want the stress to get you sick, AND, you're gonna be given stresses throughout your life, you might as well learn NOW a good way for you to deal with them.

Try some different stuff,i mean would you benefit from something like yoga, or meditating, or would you benefit more from just talking to someone...? Maybe the stability of a job IS all you need.
