4 Thick cut Pork Chops/boneless
3/4 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Sage
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
salt and pepper
Flour
1 Tbsp Butter
Place Pork in large skillet with butter, cook on both sides with salt and pepper until browned. Meanwhile, mix chicken broth, maple syrup, thyme, sage and dijon mustard in small bowl. Take out pork and keep warm. Pour mixture in same skillet. Simmer until slightly thickened. Add Heavy Cream, simmer. Re add pork to skillet and continue cooking until pork is cooked through. Remove pork once more and add some flour to broth mixture to thicken. Ladle broth mixture over pork and enjoy!
Again, add ingredients to taste...another family favorite!!!!!:nice:
