Now it just sound muddy and deep. I noticed that there are 2 amps. Does one judt drive the tweeters/high end speaks? I so which one? (pass side or drivers?) Any ideas?

What year is your Stang? If it's still under warranty take it it and bitch to the dealer that's the easiest way.

not sure which one does what. I know mine did the same thing one time, but I had just stuffed a ton of stuff in the trunk and knocked a wire lose.... if I remember correctly, it was the drivers side amp that losened up and it shut down the highs

Fix it. Its got 3 amps. 2 behind the rear seat and 1 under the dash that drive the tweeters. I got the tweeter one on the corral for $25!
