My co-worker is trying to find one, and every site she goes to leads her to something that doesn't work. Can anyone help me find something that actually WILL work? Thanks :)

you need to run a dohicky on the media file to find what codec you need .... some codec program that opens your media and tells you what codec to download, yo then download the codec. ... that's how I do it anyways .... i think the codec finder i use is called g-spot or something like that.
