When it comes time for me to retire the cobra I hope to christ a used GT500 is in my price range. I ****ing love them. I would take one over any other car out there, I want a black vert with chrome wheels and a kick-assed stereo system (I'll just pull the boom out of the cobra).

having said that ..... you don't say ... a DOCH 5.4L 32valve v8 with forced induction running 9's ... wow, I would have never thought that was possible! lol j/k.

I fuking love mustangs. nothing sounds as good as a stang with some nice exhaust work. matter of fact .... I'm going to take the cobra for a spin right now... well, right after I drop the kids off at the pool.... then I'll go. lol

It's a shame the Ford GT is gone. :(

So did they break the manual transmission or just decide to go with an automatic?

This STI seems really quick also, plus it probably handles significantly better than that Ford thingy. Not sure if it uses NOS which of course is a ridiculous steroid type thing that should be banned.

the STI still sounds like a lawn tractor no matter what you do. I don't care it it gets 47mpg, costs $3750 and runs 8's ... I still would not drive a crappy shit box like an sti.... I'll take my slobra just for the sound of that 4v v8 reving up to 7k any day of the week (I'd take it for looks and fact that's its a vert and lots of other reasons too)... its ohh so sweet.
